1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of pak786, accessible at pak786.pro, including all products, services, games, sports betting markets and promotions available through the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

If you already have an existing account and wish to update your details, please use the account settings section rather than creating a new account.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. pak786 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or negligently exposed your credentials.

Verification typically involves providing a copy of your CNIC and confirmation of your registered payment method. Accounts where verification is not completed within a reasonable time may be suspended.

4. Deposits

Deposits on pak786 are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer to major Pakistani banks, and debit or credit cards. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa credit to your account balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the processing time of the respective institution.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment account you use belongs to you — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

pak786 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control. Your balance will reflect the amount received by pak786 after any third-party deductions.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. This is a security measure to ensure funds are returned to the verified account holder. If your deposit method cannot receive funds, you will be asked to verify an alternative payment method registered in your name before we process the withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard business hours are typically processed same-day for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.

pak786 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of these checks. We will notify you if this applies to your account.

Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balances that have cleared the applicable wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pak786 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback and sport-specific incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These general terms apply alongside those specific conditions.

Key points that apply to all bonuses on pak786:

• One bonus per player per promotion period. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes abuse and will result in the bonus being voided and the accounts closed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering conditions.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• pak786 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, we will honour the terms for players who have already opted in.

7. Sports Betting

pak786 offers sports betting markets on cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test cricket and bilateral series, as well as football, kabaddi and esports. Betting is available pre-match and in-play on selected fixtures. The availability of markets, odds and in-play betting is subject to change and is not guaranteed for every match or event.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules shown at the point of betting.

pak786 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical errors in the odds, where the outcome was already known at the time of betting, or where irregular betting patterns suggest manipulation. We also reserve the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at our discretion.

Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market, sport and event. These are shown at the point of bet placement. Winnings on settled bets are credited to your account balance in PKR.

8. Casino and Games
